Arslan Furniture – Factory with 2 Nesting Lines

A panel furniture factory in Inegol cut waste from 12% to 5.4% with two KR-2231 lines and a drilling center.
Arslan Furniture in Inegol renewed its old production line, which had a capacity of 1,100 parts a day, with two separate KR-2231 nesting lines. The whole flow from board store to part output is run from a single software.
What was installed?
- 2 × KR-2231 automatic nesting lines
- 1 × KW-DR 21 CNC drilling center
- Kerfa Nest software and barcode part tracking
The project was completed in 9 weeks; operators per shift fell from 11 to 6, and payback was 19 months.
