A steel door maker in Gaziantep automated frame and leaf cutting with plasma and a router.
Yildirim Doors used to produce steel door frame and leaf parts with a guillotine and manual drilling. A KP-1530 plasma and KR-1530 router automated cutting and surface patterns.
Installation
- KP-1530 table plasma, 130 A
- KR-1530 ATC router (wood veneer and patterns)
- Workshop plan and dust extraction infrastructure
Daily door output grew from 60 to 140.
